Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for our business unit, overseeing advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systems
- Oversee transport and logistics operations
- Ensure customer service excellence
- Engage team of managers, operational staff & key stakeholders
- Accountable for the overall profitability of the business unit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of operational management experience
- Strong track record in regulated industries
- Proven excellence in team leadership, engagement and development
- Proven success in initiating and driving operational efficiencies
- Superior budgeting and P/L management
