Business Unit Administrator / Receptionist
The Role
The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- Providing administrative, operational, logistical and project support across multiple business units.
- Overseeing development of appropriate action plans for client servicing and coordinating with other team members across disciplines to ensure execution and follow-up.
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of various business applications critical to relationship management including client on-line tools.
- Participating in inter-discipline training within the office/region.
- Acting as a technical resource or expert for other account managers on process or procedures for delivery of service.
- Participating in the planning and administration of the business unit.
- Collections, compiles, and analyzes data and information for reports and presentations for the department.
- Runs and creates formal reports for business unit.
- Updates manuals, procedures, etc.
- Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines.
- Uses some initiative but refers more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
- Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
- Works towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
Qualifications
The Successful Candidate Will Benefit From Having:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Techical skills / Systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office).
- Previous years of experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background.
