Responsibilities

  • Greet and Interact with employees, customers, vendors
  • Open and Distribute mail, faxes, etc.
  • Administrative Assistant to upper Management
  • Enter and Issue Purchase Orders
  • Run Bank deposits
  • Responsible for monthly supply orders
  • Work independently and as a team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook, computer keyboarding skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Organizational skills
  • Able to respond to requests effectively and efficiently
  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Experience in handling multi-lines phone system
  • Experience working for a construction company or subcontractor (preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass full background screen, MVR and drug screening
  • Must have reliable transportation
