Responsibilities
- Greet and Interact with employees, customers, vendors
- Open and Distribute mail, faxes, etc.
- Administrative Assistant to upper Management
- Enter and Issue Purchase Orders
- Run Bank deposits
- Responsible for monthly supply orders
- Work independently and as a team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook, computer keyboarding skills
- Effective communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Organizational skills
- Able to respond to requests effectively and efficiently
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Experience in handling multi-lines phone system
- Experience working for a construction company or subcontractor (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass full background screen, MVR and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
