Job Title
Business Training Specialist
Responsibilities
- Establish and improve the training and capability enhancement system for the Americas region
- Based on regional business development and talent capability needs, establish training management mechanisms, annual/monthly training plans, and related standard processes to promote the standardized and systematic implementation of training
- Work closely with various business departments to plan and drive the implementation of various training projects based on business development and personnel capability enhancement needs, including new employee training, business skill training, and specialized capability improvement
- Cook up needs surveys, solution design, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and training implementation to ensure the effective delivery of training projects
- Evaluate training effectiveness through training satisfaction, exam results, business performance, and training feedback
- Conduct regular project reviews to continuously optimize training content and implementation methods, promoting the conversion of training results into business capabilities
- Drive the conversion of business knowledge, best practices, and standard operating procedures into courses, cases, question banks, and training materials
- Establish and continuously improve the internal instructor mechanism and training resource library
- Promote the online and standardized archiving of training data and materials to improve training management efficiency and traceability
Qualifications
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a logistics or supply chain context
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of training methodologies and tools
