About the role
FASTSIGNS is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to join our team in the sign and graphics industry. This role offers a unique blend of work-life balance and the opportunity to make a significant impact in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients across different industries to provide solutions that enhance their workplace environment.
- Assess client needs and prospect for new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute customer solutions, manage customer relationships, and resolve any customer satisfaction issues.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, internal production staff, and custom fabrication vendors/partners to produce and deliver outstanding graphics and signage solutions.
- Identify and develop sales prospects and leads through business referrals, networking, outbound phone and email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings.
- Use a cloud-based point-of-sale estimating and delivery system to collaborate with clients on project estimates.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an outside sales or business development role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Comfort with presenting and explaining product offerings to a diverse client base.
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite.
- Understanding of business-to-business sales and the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and goals.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the local area for client meetings and networking events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in sales may also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an outside sales or business development role. Experience in the sign and graphics industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with clients. Comfort with presenting and explaining product offerings to a diverse client base.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software. Familiarity with cloud-based point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business-to-business sales, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-Starter: The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and goals.
- Travel: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel within the local area for client meetings and networking events.

Pay
$35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule
Regular Monday-Friday business hours, with weekends and holidays off.
