Location: 160 N. Dozier Blvd, Florence, SC. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position in a typical office environment. Employees must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 12 midnight, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and reviews test data and test matrices for system changes.
- Develops test matrices to accurately reflect changes and expected outcomes.
- Executes test cases and evaluates results for errors.
- Reports problems through appropriate channels and suggests corrections for successful implementation.
- Utilizes internal and external software to support testing and skill development.
- Researches and documents system problems and assists in their resolution.
- Reviews and completes daily reports to ensure system performance.
- Prepares written reports and analysis, including recommendations for system functionality.
- Uses internal and external applications for technical research of system issues.
- Acts as a liaison between production operations, other testers, and Information Systems to facilitate communication.
- Assists customers and testers with issues arising in production and during testing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Two years of experience working in related processing support systems (required).
