About the role
The Business Technology Representative is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in various business technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware solutions.
- Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new technologies and solutions.
Requirements
