This key position requires a knack for customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients regarding their treatment needs in person, by phone, and by email
• Follow office guidelines to achieve set goal targets
• Provide high-level customer service to our patient base
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect payments and assist in financial conversations
• Print and maintain various reports
• Work with your team to accomplish established goals

Requirements

• Dental front office experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• High-level understanding of patient care
• Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts
• Attention to detail
• Strong understanding of utilizing computers and dental software (Dentrix Ascend experience preferred but not required)

Pay

$19 - $24 per hour
