Priorities

  • Supports B2B enterprise systems and projects in support of company’s short-term and long-term business strategy.
  • Works with key business and IT stakeholders in implementing systems solutions and integrating best practices into technology platforms.
  • Ensures overall health of the enterprise system to best support business priorities, internal and external stakeholders, and provides Level 2 systems support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports key business and IT stakeholder priorities with in-depth understanding of Automotive business processes.
  • Collaborates with business and IT partners at regional and global headquarters to ensure projects and enhancements are implemented in a way that maximizes the business value.
  • Performs business requirements analysis within the context of internal and external facing systems and content management systems.
  • Affords valuable insights for optimizing user experiences, leveraging best enterprise system practices, creating program governance, and guiding stakeholders through program innovation strategy, risk analysis, and systems integration.
  • Provides operational and functional administration of the enterprise systems to leverage efficiencies between systems and processes to support the evolving business needs of Kia North America regional initiatives.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of business requirements, solution scope, testing, training, project management, business support, key performance indicators and data analysis for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced degree and/or certification(s) in Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology or Digital Transformation preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Power BI or Azure AI or similar.

Job Requirement

  • 6+ years of experience in data management and business process automation, including responsibility for the following:
  • Leading enterprise automation strategy by identifying high-value opportunities to streamline processes using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Architecting, designing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including custom applications, workflows, and AI-driven copilots.
  • Building and maintaining conversational agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with integration to enterprise data sources and core business processes.
  • Maintaining data storage, retention, and usage strategies across connected systems.
  • Implementing data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes to support automation and analytics initiatives.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required

  • High-level organizational, planning, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Excellent customer service ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess systems support operations and lead process improvement.
  • Ability to manage external vendors in the development and delivery of related products, programs, and services.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and cloud services.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to lead team to multiple concurrent solutions.

Pay Range

$108,698 - $146,708
