Business Systems Intern

About the role

As a Business Systems Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Customer Success Team. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting and data analytic teams.
• Participate in meeting planning and presentation / collateral creation.
• Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team, bringing a fresh perspective, to creatively solve problems.
• Work independently to complete capstone project and presentation.
• Engage in the Greystar Summer Internship Program: 10‑week real‑world projects, executive speaker series, business segment overviews, mentor relationships, site visits, community outreach, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems

Pay

$26.50 per hour (with potential eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on performance).

Schedule

Program dates: June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027 (10‑week summer internship).
