Business Systems Consultant Intermediate or Senior - Progressive Life
Progressive is dedicated to helping employees move forward and live fully in their careers. As a business systems consultant (intermediate or senior) with Progressive Life, you’ll support the delivery and enhancement of our life insurance products by translating business requirements into functional requirements and execution plans.
About the role
In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Strategists, technology teams, UX, and business stakeholders to create requirements, support delivery, guide work from planning and documentation through implementation and post-production activities, and support end users through release documentation, system support, and training. You’ll remain hands-on through delivery, working through system-level considerations like integrations, APIs, vendor platforms, and cross-system dependencies to ensure requirements are reflected throughout the process. As the business continues to expand, you’ll play a key role in supporting how work is delivered and executed across teams.
Progressive Life began within Level20, Progressive’s growth incubator, where we built a term life insurance product and business from the ground up. After a successful launch and early growth, we’ve spun out into the Strategy group, now focused on scaling our products, capabilities, and impact. You’ll be joining the organization at an exciting stage of growth as the team continues to build and expand products, capabilities, and delivery practices.
