Join KONE Americas as our Legal Analytics & Solutions Associate and help modernize how our Legal and Risk teams use data, technology, automation, and analytics to make work simpler, clearer, and more useful. This role supports the Risk and Legal Solutions Team by identifying, evaluating, implementing, and managing technical solutions across legal systems, including contract management, claim matter management, Product Integrity Council, e-discovery/legal hold, risk, and financial systems.
You will collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, IT teams, and software vendors to improve and optimize legal technology solutions and processes. Responsibilities
- Support the Risk and Legal Solutions Team in identifying, evaluating, implementing, and managing technical solutions for legal systems.
- Work closely with Legal, Risk Management, IT teams, and software vendors to improve and optimize legal technology solutions and processes.
- Assist in managing systems related to contract management, claim matter management, Product Integrity Council, e-discovery/legal hold, risk, and financial systems.
- Troubleshoot software and reporting issues, test fixes, and turn user frustrations into smoother, smarter systems.
- Translate technical issues into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, PowerApps, Power Automations, and other practical automation tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with sourcing data from a data lakehouse such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.

Pay
The hiring range for this role in Moline, IL is $68,800 - $90,300. For Lisle, IL, the range is $77,500 – $101,745. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s experience, skill set, certifications, location, and alignment with business needs.
