Qualifications & Skills 2+ years in analytics, data, and business strategy within large organizations.Proven ability to influence senior leaders through insights and storytelling.Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.Experience integrating analytics into HR processes and automating routine reports.Preferred: background in financial or professional services and HR strategy.
