Opportunity
- Design, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support business, financial, and operational insights.
- Analyze large and complex datasets (20,000+ records) to identify trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and support leadership decision-making.
- Act as a business systems liaison, gathering requirements, tracking enhancements, and coordinating with developers and third-party vendors.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and validate fixes for defects and enhancements across web and enterprise platforms.
- Automate manual and repetitive processes using VBA, SQL, and Python, significantly reducing processing time and improving data accuracy.
- Manage and resolve high-volume support cases, ensuring timely closure and adherence to service-level expectations.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Product, and Communications teams to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python; experience with VBA automation is a strong plus.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical or reporting solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or early-career experience in Business Systems Analysis, Data Analytics, FP&A, or Business Intelligence.
- Exposure to product ownership concepts, ticket management, or Agile delivery environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, dashboards, or financial models.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
