About the role
Associate Business Systems Consultant – Data & Analytics, based in North Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for total project scope, budget, and completion within budget constraints and scheduled completion dates under direct and matrix control.
- Manage projects according to milestones and within budget constraints.
- Keep IT managers aware of user issues and resolve conflicts.
- Evaluate and recommend new software, solutions, utilities, and tools.
- Build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional teams, as well as external partners, to enable higher performance.
Requirements
Must have one of the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role performing each of the following:
- Data analytics and creating KPIs using BI tools;
- Systems testing and IT implementation;
- Data analysis and data audits in a data warehouse/data lake environment;
- Implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives;
- Working with cross-functional teams in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities.
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role performing each of the above-listed tasks.
Experience may be gained concurrently. AbbVie will accept applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Pay
Salary range: $133,182.00 – $157,500.00 per year.
