Responsibilities
- Serves as an ambassador by helping internal customers manage the system(s) and assists with the current processes and data analysis.
- Works with other business systems analysts and the supported team to improve system(s) use and business operations.
- Leads the end-to-end business analysis for complex, strategic enterprise-level projects.
- Partners with business leadership to define project vision, prioritize initiatives, and align technology solutions with overarching business goals.
- Architects future business processes and system solutions, defining how new technology will integrate into the organization.
- Evaluates existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for major improvement and innovation.
- Facilitates complex negotiations between diverse stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements and drive consensus.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and thought leader on business analysis, change management, and technology solutions.
- Researches and participates in the software community to resolve issues where answers are unknown and implement solutions.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in software providers, vendors, and technology.
- Oversees and maintains optimal performance of Procore with their day to day needs by answering questions and resolving complex issues within Procore and other operations systems.
- Evaluates, supports, and optimizes the business processes and systems that support Gray’s Enterprise Project Management solution (Procore) and other operations systems; which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, security and upgrade to applications, systems and modules.
- Maintains a detailed understanding of Procore modules and other operations systems.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis Certification or similar certification preferred.
- Technical project management and team coordination experience.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of database concepts, functional software setups, cybersecurity, and business processes.
- Well organized, efficient, results and detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write effective documentation including but not limited to requirements, process flow maps, and use cases.
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous change management experience.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborates with their coworkers, has patience and the capability to support end-users.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
