Responsibilities
Work with client product owners and stakeholders to efficiently, clearly, and concisely document: Functional, and non-functional requirements (user stories).
Coordinate story mapping or other requirements gathering sessions.
Serve as client proxy for agile teams.
Work with client product owner to set priority, build roadmaps, and facilitate working sessions.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience in technical analysis, project management, technical, and/or business experience.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
Proven ability to break down and simplify complex problems and systems into smaller and more consumable components.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to resolve conflict with productive outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, adaptable, and flexible.
Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines with complex business/technical solutions.
Ability to work across multiple projects.
Experience creating functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, preferred.
Demonstrated success leading Agile software development initiatives.
Qualifications
Understanding of functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to manage project financial performance, clearly communicate status, and drive progression towards dates.
Ability to manage workload without supervision.

Benefits
The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is $60—$70 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
