About the role
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the pipeline, auditing deals, on-boarding new partners, resolving queries, and supporting the PRM administrator.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Pipeline
- Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements
- Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements
- Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal
- Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage
- Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage
- Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal
- Supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics
- Experience in customer engagement and query resolution
- High degree of analytical competency
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Excellent problem solving and analyzing skills
- Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
