Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Operations – Deployment and Support team in Chicago, IL. This role involves supporting the deployment and ongoing maintenance of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess system requirements and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain business systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide technical support as needed.
• Perform system testing and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Document processes and procedures related to system operations and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Pay
