About the Opportunity

The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and daily operation of the organization's business applications and software platforms. This role ensures employees have the necessary tools, access, and support to work effectively, contributing to operational efficiency and user adoption across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain business applications such as Wrike, Salesforce, and Guru.
  • Configure users, permissions, groups, dashboards, forms, and platform settings.
  • Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding, offboarding, and software provisioning.
  • Support identity and access management processes including single sign-on and role-based access controls.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and promote best practices across business systems.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Support data quality, system governance, and consistent platform configuration.
  • Aid with testing, implementation, and rollout of new applications and updates.
  • Track software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and related vendor information.
  • Cook up with vendors, consultants, IT, and stakeholders for application maintenance and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experience through technology utilization.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting and administering business applications or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms.
  • PREFERRED experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, software provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000
