Program Details

The Business Specialist Rotational Program offers graduates the opportunity to learn how a high-growth digital marketing company operates, build real business skills, and work on projects that impact revenue and customer experience. Participants will rotate through multiple teams before settling into a longer-term role that aligns with their strengths and interests.

Rotations

• Data Analytics - Work with analysts and data scientists to uncover trends, improve performance, and help teams make smarter decisions.
• Miscellaneous - Support creative strategy, media buying, and campaign performance across multiple brands and channels.
• Account / Client Strategy - Partner with major insurance carriers, analyze performance data, and help strengthen key relationships.
• Operations - Learn how systems, processes, and technology work together to keep everything running smoothly.
• Member Experience - Analyze customer feedback and behavior to improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Graduating senior (May 2026) or recent graduate
• Interest in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong communication skills (clear, confident, thoughtful)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines without spiraling
• Attention to detail (details matter here)
• Comfort with Excel or excitement to level up quickly

Location and Schedule

You'll be based in our Fort Lee, NJ office on a hybrid schedule: 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $58,000 to $62,000 USD per year based on experience
• Eligible for annual bonus program
