This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, serving as the vital link between the two—identifying opportunities, shaping product-oriented solutions, and driving measurable business value.

  • Process Mapping: Document current and future-state processes through workflows and user journeys.
  • Solution Design: Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and decision-ready options for IT and vendors.
  • Business Case Development: Connect improvement opportunities to measurable KPIs like cost, risk, productivity, and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with teams to design and deliver outcome-driven solutions.
  • Backlog & Prioritization: Evaluate initiatives by weighing value, risk, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitation: Run workshops and discovery sessions to align business and IT around shared goals.
  • Change Management: Support adoption efforts when new solutions roll out.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis, product ownership, or process improvement, with a track record of delivering real improvements.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, interviewing, and requirements-documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7 years in business analysis, product ownership/analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Lean practices; comfortable operating within a scrum team.
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools to boost speed and quality of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for simplifying complex information.

Benefits

  • Paid holidays
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation
  • Health club reimbursement
  • Wellness plan with lifestyle spending account
  • 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing
  • Continuing education and advancement opportunities
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Term, AD&D, and Dependent Life insurances
  • Prepaid Legal
