About the role
Journey Group is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Solutions Analyst to join their Technology team in Sioux Falls, SD. This role serves as a bridge between business operations and technology.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze processes and workflows to increase efficiency, standardization, and user experience.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise business systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
- Aid in system testing, upgrades, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Support project planning, training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, business applications, process improvement, or related IT/business roles.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise business systems, reporting tools, or operational improvement initiatives preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvement principles.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Schedule
A majority of work takes place in an indoor office setting equipped with a computer, desk, phone, and other typical office equipment.
Physical Demands
Must be able to inspect details at close range, interact, communicate, and exchange accurate information consistently. Must be able to retain a stationary position for extended periods of time. Travel to other locations is occasionally required for meetings and trainings.
