About the role

We're seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join a large public-sector organization and play a key role in business process improvement, systems analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and workflow documentation.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps.
  • Lead testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
  • Leverage Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities to drive efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT project experience.
  • 3+ years in Business/Systems Analysis.
  • Strong experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency with Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
