Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support system testing, implementation, and post-production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards and best practices.
  • Prepare clear business and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of IT business analysis experience, including at least 3 years in business systems analysis and design.
  • 3+ years of experience documenting business processes using flowcharts, swim lanes, use cases, or data flow diagrams.
  • Experience capturing and managing requirements in Azure DevOps.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes using Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
