About the Role

The Business Solutions Administrator II is a collaborative problem-solver who helps maximize the value of our banking systems. This role combines technical expertise, relationship-building, and project coordination to support system stability, enhance business processes, and deliver solutions that empower teams across the organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into action while ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 2 years of core banking application administration experience, including deposit business specifications.
  • Business Intelligence report writing experience.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Enjoy very detailed research and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems including Core Banking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field (preferred).
  • Project Management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in deposit or loan banking operations (preferred).
  • FIS Global Banking Core System knowledge (preferred).

Pay

The projected annualized salary for this position ranges from $64,909.00 to $99,859.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
