Responsibilities
- Overseeing the management and optimization of core banking systems, third-party applications, and technology upgrades
- Ensuring operational efficiency, productivity analysis, and accurate reporting of operational metrics
- Leading efforts to enhance core banking applications and models, driving improvements in service delivery and system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in managing core banking systems
- Experience with third-party application integration and management
- Proven track record in operational metrics reporting and efficiency analysis
- Strong understanding of core banking systems
- Proficiency in managing third-party applications and technology upgrades
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and manage operational metrics and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices
Preferences
- Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) or certifications in relevant areas
Pay & schedule
- Minimum and maximum projected annualized salary: $84,757.00 to $137,443.20
- Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills
- This position is eligible for hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week
