About the role
Responsible for managing client relationships and providing high-level business insights to drive growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to grow client base
- Provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as market trends, competitive analysis, and operational improvements
- Manage client meetings and presentations to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 50%
