About the role
The Business Sales Coordinator manages the end-to-end Business Sales and Stock Withdrawal workflows, serving as the primary point of coordination from request intake through shipment. This role partners with the Wave team, Mark and Graham Operations, and business partners to ensure customer commitments are met while maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence. The coordinator oversees workflow planning, capacity management, communication, issue resolution, and process execution, driving continuous improvement and providing visibility across the operation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure Business Sales and Stock Withdrawal requests move efficiently through Picking, Personalization, QA, Packing, and Shipping.
- Monitor workflow status and proactively resolve issues that may impact customer commitments.
- Evaluate daily workload and production capacity to prioritize Business Sales and Stock Withdrawal requests.
- Monitor departmental capacity and communicate workload risks to leadership to support customer commitments.
- Ensure all Business Sales and Stock Withdrawal requests remain on schedule by proactively monitoring workflow milestones and following up on delays.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Wave Planning team, Mark and Graham Personalization Operations, Customer Service, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate workflow documentation and operational tracking to support workload visibility, reporting, and customer commitments.
- Support operational execution by assisting with order staging, picking, and other workflow activities as business needs require.
- Investigate and resolve workflow delays, inventory discrepancies, and processing issues.
- Escalate customer-impacting issues requiring leadership support and implement approved corrective actions.
- Ensure quality standards and service commitments are maintained throughout the process.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, customer service, and operational performance.
- Support the implementation and standardization of new processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on the warehouse floor, including walking, standing, lifting, and picking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Business Sales, customer order fulfillment, or personalization operations.
- Experience with QlikView, warehouse management systems, or similar reporting tools.
- Previous coordinator, lead, or project ownership experience.
- Powered industrial equipment experience (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and climb stairs/ladder.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Able to use a computer for an extended period of time.
- Repetitive movement with hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
