  • Experience matters for this role, but maybe not the way you'd expect. We can teach recruiting. It's much harder to teach ownership, discipline, curiosity, resilience, follow-through, and genuine care for the people on both sides of a search. So we care less about where you've worked and more about what your background says about how you operate. What helps here (any of these, none required):
  • Self-directed work where you owned your time and your results, like remote roles, commission-based roles, or self-employment
  • High-touch client, customer, or hospitality work, where anticipating needs and the relationship were the point, not just closing the ticket
  • Consultative, relationship-based sales or account management, where you earned trust and guided a decision instead of pushing a one-time transaction
  • Communication-heavy work that meant juggling several people, accounts, or priorities at once without dropping any
  • Familiarity with the Green Industry or the people who work in it

Compensation

  • We pay a competitive base plus uncapped commission and bonus, so your earnings grow as you deliver for clients and candidates.
  • First-year target earnings are $64,800+, built on that base of $41,600–$46,800.
