Talent Acquisition Specialist Day To Day

• Screens job applicants to find great fits for our clients
• Sources top talent for open positions within our firm
• Makes outbound calls to potential candidates and schedules interviews
• Conducts virtual interviews to qualify candidates for any open positions
• Manages candidate communications via phone, email, and text
• Affords assistance with onboarding and preparing offer documents
• Keeps clients in the loop with clear, timely updates
• Updates and creates calendar events for clients, candidates, and fellow team members
• Collaborates with the team to improve hiring workflows
