Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is redefining quality home care by delivering compassionate, concierge-level services. We are launching a NEW Pediatric Division from our New York and Connecticut offices and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build this program.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for the new Pediatric Division
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Build partnerships through training schools and networking
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
• Consistently onboard at least 5 fully cleared Nurses per week
• Assist with new-hire orientations
• Promote referral programs and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years of home care recruiting (LPNs & RNs) required
Pediatric recruiting experience preferred
Strong digital and social recruiting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
ATS experience a plus
