What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding.
- Manage recruiting priorities in a fast-moving environment while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
- Take ownership of Talent Acquisition and People projects as needs arise.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, communication, and reporting.
- Represent StemWave’s mission, values, and culture in every candidate interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a startup, high-growth company, or fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for recruiting and connecting talented people with the right opportunities.
- A high-ownership mentality and willingness to step in wherever support is needed.
- A growth mindset and a desire to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and remain composed as needs change.
- A performance-driven mindset and motivation to contribute to the company’s growth.
