What You Can Expect

Our Business Relationship Managers eagerly assist business members and prospective business members with multiple facets within the Credit Union to grow engagement.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

5151 S 400 E, Washington Terrace, UT, 84405
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
$23.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Generous Commission Schedule + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Manage their respective geographical region.
• Manage and strengthen business relationships with 50-150 identified business owners.
• Pair corresponding Credit Union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Stay up to date on all Credit Union products and services.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• A high school diploma required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in new accounts and/or loans.
• Previous experience with business members is preferred.
• Strong sales experience.
