Responsibilities
- Proactively develops relationships at all levels within their area of business focus, as well as building rapport and credibility across the Strategic Initiatives internal teams.
- Partners with business to develop a deep understanding of their strategic goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Consults and collaborates with business stakeholders on strategic decisions to ensure alignment with the Strategic Initiatives teams.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and takes accountability for delivery.
- Develops a strategic roadmap in partnership with the business that will support their objectives and align with SI initiatives.
- Participates and leads the demand management process within their area of focus.
- Assists the business in road mapping, documenting, and planning for future process and technology needs.
- Collaborates with other Business Relationship Managers to develop strategies to align business groups where appropriate.
- Assists with prioritization activities within and across business groups.
- Guides the business in developing future-state processes to achieve strategic objectives.
- Translates business vision to enable a shared understanding by business and SI personnel.
- Works with the Enterprise Architects & Solutions Architects on approach and methodology for best use of systems and solutions.
- Coordinates changes between SI and business group.
- Develops and manages communication plans in collaboration with SI and business in order to ensure smooth transition.
- Develops success criteria with business leaders and measure the progress of SI initiatives against those factors.
- Facilitates quarterly performance reviews with business leaders.
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years experience with enterprise systems, business operations, supply chain, and/or process environment and standards.
- 3-4 years of effective people and/or process management experience.
- Strong written skills, to produce reports and process instructions, with skills in MS Word & PowerPoint, with intermediate level skill in MS Excel are required.
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable to have a strong sense of ownership/responsibility and can work with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to work shifted hours to support the global business as required.
