We are seeking a Business Recruiter to join our Marketing team. This position will utilize AI tools to support the recruiting process, but final hiring decisions will be made by humans.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to review applications and analyze resumes
• Assist in assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials
• Support the recruitment process using AI-driven insights
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure candidate fit and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related field
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and applicant tracking processes
• Experience with AI tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
