Business Purpose Mortgage Processor
Description
As a Processor, you will manage loans from underwriting through loan approval and ensure defect-free mortgage files. Your responsibilities will include:
- Review loan applications and data
- Conform key documents and data to our fundamental model
- Verify documents and data are true, accurate, correct, and complete
- Project manage the loan from underwriting to loan approval
- S Seek resolution of any issues by problem-solving and collaborating with team members
- Coordinate with third parties for delivery of title and insurance
- Keep borrower and internal stakeholders updated with conditions, need and loan status
- Review and analyze reports such as title, insurance, credit, background, bank statements and entity documents
Requirements
Undergraduate degree
Prior mortgage processing experience is required. Business purpose mortgage processing a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, very comfortable with technology
Passion for client service and an uncanny ability to influence people and solve problems
Comfortable with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
