Mortgage Processor

About the role

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking an experienced remote Processor to join our team. If you are a seasoned processor with current experience and possess a strong background working with builders and realtors, combined with expertise in Encompass, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Process files from submission through underwriting to closing.
• Work closely with the borrower, referral source, and internal team members including loan officers, underwriters, and closers to complete all functions in a timely manner and consistent with operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2‑5 years current experience processing residential mortgage loans.
• Encompass experience.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Navigate Microsoft Office with ease and be technology savvy.
• Possess problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with a new home builder preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond, and USDA loans.
• Experience working on retail builder pipelines.
• Familiarity with guidelines for each loan type.
• Experience using DU, LP, and GUS.
• Accustomed to working with multiple loan originators.
• Capable of processing an average of 15‑20 closed files per month.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

Pay

This position pays a base wage and has monthly bonus and overtime eligibility.
