About the role

This role will be primarily focused on managing implementation, coordination, and communication of an Analytics-driven project. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver critical business needs, establish and implement processes that foster team collaboration at the organizational level, and interact frequently with management and executive stakeholders. The role involves creating project timelines, communicating overall project status, and ensuring each team understands the project objectives, timeline, and how their deliverables impact the overall program.

The position is fully remote (not hybrid). The primary initiative will be focused on the company’s Homepage project.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver critical business needs
• Establish and implement processes that foster team collaboration at the organizational level
• Interact with management and executive stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills
• Create project timelines and communicate overall project status to broader teams
• Ensure each team understands the overall project objectives, timeline, and how their deliverables impact the program
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders to drive resolution of project issues
• Deeply understand current business processes to support requirements gathering for Analytics/engineering teams
• Actively participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and tools
• Demonstrate ability to interact, negotiate, and influence decisions across multiple tracks and executive leadership
• Execute Homepage plans in technology tools, communicate with, and project manage creative teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, training, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs involving business and engineering teams
• Project management skills
• Technical acumen
• Strong organizational and communications skills

Qualifications

BS degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, or statistics is preferred.
