Business Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex business projects for one or more Craftzing customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact (SPOC), linking different initiatives and project teams, streamlining communication across all business stakeholders and organization departments. Conduct regular status meetings, communicate project updates, and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and manage risks, proactively addressing challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, overseeing complex business initiatives from initiation to successful completion.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing teams. Ability to build a relationship of trust with the client. Willingness to work on-site at/with the client at regular intervals when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement. Can-do mentality, thinking in terms of solutions rather than problems, thriving on unraveling complex issues, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Never loses sight of the bigger picture and thinks strategically.
• Strong presentation skills, inspiring, motivating, and guiding a group of stakeholders, steering them into the right direction.
• Effective change management skills, conveying the purpose and benefits of change to various stakeholders and addressing their concerns and needs throughout the change process.
• Experience working with/for clients at an enterprise level.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Resilient to stress, able to turn chaos into order, relieving stakeholders and teams of any burden or impediment.
• Ability to handle the classic "scope, timing, budget" triangle.

Bonus points:

• Experience in business analysis.
• Speaking French.
• Technical or UX background.
