- Create Stakeholder Analysis with impacts of proposed changes
- Create a communication plan for the impacted processes
- Liaise with the Learning and development team to create training plans
- Resolve escalated issues
- Work with the impacted businesses to create a staffing plan / model
- Highlight the risks of the project and work with the business and project teams to create a mitigation plan for identified risks (FMEA)
- Create a transition plan (Handover) for the project team
- Work with the Business to create a continuous improvement plan
- Mentoring and providing knowledge transfer
- Work with Business development team to develop solutions and business models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), IT or a related field
- 5 years progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation

- Approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $118,227- $124,138
- Local mostly and some times in US with approximately 20-30% of travel required
- Foreign degrees equivalents are acceptable
