Business Process Manager
About the role
The EDI Business Process Manager leads enterprise EDI operations, ensuring reliable transaction processing, strong vendor compliance, and seamless integration with core business systems. This role oversees trading partner onboarding, manages day-to-day EDI performance, and drives cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and supply chain execution.
Responsibilities
- Works on moderately complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience working with EDI transactions in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 standards and transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 997).
- Hands-on experience with EDI platforms and integration tools (e.g., Sterling Integrator, OpenText, SPS Commerce).
- Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems such as SAP (including AR/AP and invoice processing).
- Expertise in EDI communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN connectivity).
- Experience onboarding and managing trading partners, including mapping and certification processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience with SQL and X12 data validation.
