About the Role

This contractor will support Business Excellence & Operations for the Patient Health Innovation (PHI) team, driving disciplined execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. The role helps ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear action plans, measurable outcomes, and timely follow-through. The individual will support executive decision-making by preparing leadership materials, leading strategic initiatives, tracking key deliverables, identifying risks and dependencies, and coordinating across teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

PHI is dedicated to closing gaps in care and advancing patient outcomes by identifying barriers across the patient journey and transforming data-driven insights into scalable, measurable solutions. PHI partners with health systems, advocacy organizations, community stakeholders, and other external collaborators to design and deploy programs, tools, and innovations that support earlier awareness, earlier diagnosis, and stronger connections to care.
