What We're Looking For
- Manages cross-dock shipments via Zebra’s 3PL to fulfill customer orders, including onboarding carriers into the shipment visibility solution and collaborating with transportation partners.
- Solves day-to-day logistics issues by responding to order inquiries from internal/external customers and filing carrier claims for damage or loss.
- Proactively identifies, plans, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within the assigned business unit.
- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams in process improvement and re-engineering efforts to improve service quality.
- Captures current challenges and desired outcomes, understanding the upstream, downstream, and work-tool impacts of process changes to recommend solutions that minimize disruption.
- Documents agreements and owns the drafting and revision of new or updated business processes.
- Makes measurements and reports on the success of newly implemented or revised processes within the business unit.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Work Experience: 2+ years
Key Skills And Competencies
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred or in progress
- Familiarity with functional processes in assigned business unit
- Demonstrated working knowledge / experience using basic change management principals and approaches
- Formal training preferred

Pay Range
$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
