Business Process Manager
About the Role
GRVTY is seeking a Business Process Manager with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. As part of Sponsor's integrated ServiceNow delivery team, you will provide development and process improvement support for Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve processes for Sponsor’s ServiceNow platforms, including GIBS and other custom applications.
- Perform business process analysis, including evaluating customer needs, documenting business process models, and translating these into functional technical requirements.
- Conduct systems evaluation to identify performance measures, indicators, and corrective actions relative to system goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing capabilities, requirements, and shortfalls.
- Manage program and project tasks, including customer relations and outreach.
- Support IT and systems lifecycle management, including review boards, change, and release management.
- Develop knowledge management artifacts, such as feature release descriptions and technical documentation.
- Use web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ServiceNow tools (Flow Designer, catalog items, business rules).
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or low-code platforms with the aptitude to develop ServiceNow expertise.
- Experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and understanding business rules.
- Experience in business process analysis, systems evaluation, and process improvement.
- Experience with program/project management, IT lifecycle management, and knowledge management.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or completion of requisite training.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience with ServiceNow application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience using ServiceNow project management applications.
- Experience working with Sponsor’s IT service providers.
- Experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies.
- Experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond legacy cloud environments.
Pay
Virginia Pay Range: $150,000—$250,000 USD.
Compensation is influenced by geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
