Business Process Expert (BPE)

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the user community by analyzing and documenting business requirements
• Lead initiatives for process automation and improvement, serving as the ERP solution expert
• Build relationships with leaders to ensure project progress and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
• Standardize global processes and technology templates across ERP systems to foster continuous improvement
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for process and technology optimization to achieve standardization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP and/or Oracle in commercial, manufacturing, and logistics roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on technology-enabled planning
• Proven skills in project management and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience implementing enterprise-level SAP or Oracle projects using waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex solutions for various audiences

Pay

$100,000 – $125,000 annually
