Responsibilities

• Perform BPR Analysis, Support, and Transformation for Intelligence Community, including modernizing critical business back office systems through process changes leveraging COTS solutions.

• Identify and solve problems, ensuring they meet user requirements.

• Define business intelligence solution options, implement plans, and enhance decision support processes.

• Analyze new tools and frameworks to maximize strategic information from data.

• Support Agency in adopting a Business Intelligence Suite/framework/tool set across the enterprise, including governance and structure for consistent performance measurement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies.

• Develop strategies to integrate modeling and simulation capabilities, apply innovative analytical approaches, and deliver insights to drive business decisions and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent experience.

• Seven or more years of Business Analyst or Process Engineering experience.

• Security + CE 8570 certification.
