About the role

The Business Process Engineer at Themis Insight will play a crucial role in transforming manual security evaluation and authorization processes into automated, streamlined, and continuously monitored systems. They will work closely with government teams to facilitate agile project teams and ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Assist the government with transitioning existing project teams and facilitating agile teams.
  • Perform activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, and create and assess performance management.
  • Serve as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
  • Document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years experience conducting BPR activities.
  • 5 years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile teams to include managing teams.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, including the decomposition of requirements into Epics and team tasks.

Qualifications

  • Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
