Responsibilities
- Works as a member of the HR support team in partnership with the Workday and HRIS support team, providing service, support, solutions and innovation to the business areas relying on Workday and HRIS systems under the responsibility of the team.
- Led the analysis of HR business requirements and translates them into scalable enterprise HRIS solutions, primarily within Workday.
- Performs process improvement activities and prepares and maintains supporting documentation for HR Operations areas.
- Serves as a functional expert for Workday and HRIS platforms, aligning system design with business processes and organizational strategy.
- Maintains a broad understanding of clients’ business processes and practices.
- Makes sure that Workday and HRIS application controls are in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, HR operations, HRIS, or related field.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and proficiency in conducting productive meetings.
- Effective critical listening, analysis and problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to effectively participate in a team project to achieve required functionality within budget and timeframe.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing within Workday, HRIS systems, processes and business needs.
- Strong knowledge of applicable PC programs and MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications
- Level I: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in a related business area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field2 – 4 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, HR operations, HRIS or related field.
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field4+ years of relevant experience in process analysis, HR operations, HRIS or related field.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain project budget and stay within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to recommend innovative solutions to support complex business requirements.
- Strong business process analysis, including process mapping, fit-gap, and optimization.
