About the role

Standard Job Description Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between ERP analysts/IT and end-users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Oversee change management activities, prioritizing and presenting change requests to various systems change boards in collaboration with ERP analysts and production systems teams
  • Translate business data needs into requirements, partnering with analytics teams to develop enterprise reporting solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Understand transformation objectives and align future-state processes to achieve business outcomes, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of on-site business processes and production systems, serving as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Maintain IDOCs and perform RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
  • Test process changes to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption to operations

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and/or production, planning and control (PP&C)
  • Experience troubleshooting SAP and/or APRISO issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00
